What You'll Bring Corporate Tax Expertise: A wealth of experience working on corporate tax projects with a focus on real estate and M&A transactions. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams. Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and leverage internal and external networks while maintaining excellent client relationships. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to convey complex tax concepts effectively. Project Management: Proven track record in handling and delivering multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. What You'll Do Draft technical content for tax due diligence and structuring reports alongside senior team members. Monitor and manage cost reporting and risk management processes. Foster client relationships through active participation in client calls and updates. Provide strategic insight to senior stakeholders by effectively managing and communicating updates on assignments.
