Sales Engineer Join to apply for the Sales Engineer role at TipTopJob. Location: StokeTerm: PermanentSalary: GBP 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience) My client is a specialist manufacturer within the thermal process solution industries. They are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team in Stoke on a permanent basis. Qualifications An educational or hands-on background in Engineering. Experience in or knowledge of thermal process solution industries would be ideal. Technical Mechanical Engineering knowledge to understand quotations and queries. Confident using SolidWorks CAD software to create sketches and be involved with design changes. Previous experience supporting customers in a similar technical/sales role would be beneficial. Excellent customer-service skills and a passion for sales. Confident and driven for career progression. Excellent communication skills are required. Self-motivated and driven. Be keen to develop as part of an organisation long term. Responsibilities Identifying, maintaining and developing sales opportunities for the company. Providing technical support and supporting technical delivery of the company's products and services. Account Management of existing clients. Handling queries and providing quotations to progress further sales opportunities. Visiting customer sites and attending exhibitions when required. Upselling and developing relationships. Using SolidWorks to create, develop and work off sketches. Working with the Projects Team to convert client requirements into detailed designs and technical instructions. Processing purchase orders onto the MRP system. Excellent opportunities for training and development, with room to progress within the company.
