Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of academic staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment. Manage and develop a portfolio of courses that meet industry standards and prepare learners for successful careers. Drive quality improvement, ensuring high achievement, retention, and progression rates. Teach and mentor, sharing your expertise with learners and supporting staff development. Play an instrumental role in the development of our new on-site restaurant, helping to shape its concept and integrate it into the learner experience.
