They don’t care if you’ve never made a sales call in your life. They care whether you’re hungry, committed, and not afraid to put in the work without needing instant results. What’s in it for you? £25,000–£30,000k starting salary (no caps - pay based on you, not policy) Uncapped commission year 1 you can realistically earn 60k. Year 2 closer to £100k A six-month runway to get up to speed - no “smash target now or you’re out” culture Daily coaching from someone that will bill £500,000 this year (whilst running the business) Top deals being done by people who started in your shoes Modern tech (CRM, AI VoIP System, fresh kit - you’ll be well-equipped) Real progression - effort translates into influence, incentives and potentially skin in the game. You’ll start by learning how to identify what “really bloody good” talent looks like in the built environment sector. You won’t cold call just to hit a quota. You won’t reach out to clients until you have someone seriously worth talking about. Instead, you’ll immerse yourself in a market. Learn what great looks like. Build relationships. Understand your niche. Over time, you’ll own your desk, your patch, and be out in the field with clients. But first, you’ll learn the craft. That’s the foundation. The culture? Low pressure, high standards. Close coaching, transparent feedback. Supportive, but never soft. No drama if you’re learning. No tolerance if you’re not trying. Effort is non-negotiable.
