We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis to work in a remote capacity however, will be required to travel to Portsmouth/Filton once a week.

A day in the life of a Recruitment Consultant at Guidant Global includes

**Some of your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company
- To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's
- Accurately advertise open vacancies, using all available social media and job boards
- Ensure that all relevant worker checks have been completed prior to organising interviews or placing on assignment
- Conduct all pre-placement activities
