Recruitment Coordinator – Robert Walters Glasgow, Scotland – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH Function To offer a candidate concierge service to support the Recruitment Partners throughout the end-to-end permanent recruitment process. Responsibilities Work with the Recruitment Partner to ensure job details in the client system are correct and completed. Secure all necessary approvals for roles. Release roles through the system to relevant channels and specialist sourcing teams. Manage candidate dispositions in the client recruitment system. Update the system with candidate feedback after reviewing a shortlist. Schedule interviews and book rooms within SLA timeframes, ensuring the hiring manager has CV, calendar invite, and room booking. Record interview notes and feedback in the client system after HR interviews. Complete offer letters and any system approvals with the Recruitment Coordinator. Liaise with key delivery teams and the Onboarding Team to maintain seamless hand-offs and focus on candidate experience. Represent the client brand and values in all candidate communications. Maintain all recruitment administration processes and documentation. Document and improve administration procedures and processes for the on-site team. Meet daily and weekly deadlines with attention to detail. Maintain central inboxes and helplines, responding to queries within SLA. Audit and archive recruitment data records accurately. Understand client Remit and work actively to exceed expectations. Meet all SLAs relating to the role, including ad‑hoc projects. Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Local Requirements Service‑focused with a professional attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective prioritisation and ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience in a client/customer care environment. Team player, people‑oriented. Autonomous work capability. Organised, methodical, with strong attention to detail. Interest in business issues and motivation to add commercial value. Responsive and able to absorb information quickly. Confident and capable in a demanding environment.
