Following another significant phase of expansion, they are now seeking a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. In this role, you will support a portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and façades. Your key responsibility will be to ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will receive lots of training and mentorship from other members of the team. The ideal candidate will either have some direct experience in a QS role, or something similar (Estimator, Buyer, Finance, etc), with applications welcomed from a range of sector backgrounds. The Role Supporting several new build and refurb projects simultaneously Maintain financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review and final accounts agreements Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors and clients Office-based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required The Person Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Buyer, Estimator or something related, with a clear interest in becoming a QS.
