Our client is responsible for the utility diversionary works for the Central section of HS2.
They are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Multi Utility team to maintain a level of professional commercial support for the projects.
Key responsibilities:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, it will be your responsibility to ensure commercially we are managing costs and reporting accurately to the contract, liaising with the project teams, ensuring cash flow is maximised and timely evaluation of final quantities.
What is needed?
To be successful, you will hold the relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying and have experience working on NEC contracts including options A, B or C.
You will also have demonstrable experience of managing commercial activities in a construction environment, ideally in gas, water, electricity or telecommunications installation, or the wider built environment.
