Key Responsibilities Surveying & Technical Diagnosis Undertake thorough inspections of properties where disrepair has been reported or claimed. Diagnose root causes of defects, including damp, mould, structural movement, heating issues, water ingress, and building fabric failures. Prepare detailed inspection reports, repair schedules, and evidence packs for internal and legal purposes. Provide expert technical advice on building pathology and repair solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
