A growing, family-run business supplying commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces across the UK. Known for their fast, friendly service and customer-first approach, they are expanding their service team to keep up with strong demand.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance / service visits on a range of coffee and water equipment. The candidate has the potential to develop in to a more skilled install & repair engineer if desired. You’ll be on foot daily using public transport, visiting client sites to ensure every system delivers top performance and taste quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform scheduled maintenance, sanitisation, and servicing of water dispensers, coffee machines, and boiling taps.

* Install and commission new coffee and water systems at customer sites. – develop into this in time

* Respond to breakdowns and complete call-out repairs efficiently. – develop into this in time

* Provide basic customer training and support on equipment use and upkeep.

* Complete service reports accurately and maintain parts and stock levels in your vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience: Basic understanding of equipment with a practical mindset. 2+ years working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, or similar equipment (preferred).

* Skills:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence (ideally required)

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 – £38,000 per year (depending on experience)
