As our Employee Experience and Communication Manager in the European Measurement Solutions HR team, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our culture special. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Employee Experience Lead engagement, culture, and communication initiatives. Manage surveys, onboarding, and mentoring programs. Promote recognition, learning, and feedback systems. Align with global Employee Value Proposition initiatives and drive continuous improvement. HR & Leadership Planning Support HR strategy and operating rhythm. Design agendas and content for leadership meetings. Facilitate workshops and create impactful materials. Communication Define and optimize communication strategies. Standardize templates and enable HR messaging. Create social media and branding content. Measure effectiveness and ensure engaging, aligned communication. Who You Are: You are passionate about making an impact and bringing fresh thinking to how we engage and communicate across Europe.
