You will be managing an in-house fleet of vehicles and drivers as well as a large 3PL contract delivering to retailers. Must have a CPC. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a high performing team, conduct performance management and develop a succession planning strategyDrive continuous improvement and innovation in transport operationsImplement internal audits and compliance assessmentsManage and control the transport budgetDrive cost saving initiativesOptimise transport planning using data driven insights and enhance route efficiency and vehicle utilisationHold the Operator Licence and ensure full regulatory complianceMonitor 3PL contract ExperienceCertificate of Professional Competence (CPC) requiredProven track record of service excellence and on-time delivery performanceExpertise in transport planning systems and scheduling methodologiesStrong organisational skills and financial acumenAble to successfully manage and motivate transport teamsExperienced with the management of 3PL logistics contractDevelop and implement strategic transport solutions to support business growth.
