Plymouth, MA, offers coastal charm, vibrant culture, and a welcoming community—an ideal place to live and work.Are you ready to explore this exciting Leadership opportunity?Your Role at a GlanceIn this highly visible role, you will:Oversee Department Operations: Plan, organize, and direct all activities within the Radiology and CT departments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting organizations.Supervise and Train: Provide technical supervision, develop staffing schedules, and lead training for radiologists, technologists, physicians, and other team members.Policy Development: Collaborate with administration and supervising physicians to establish and maintain operating policies and procedures.Budget Management: Develop and justify the annual budget, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure financial accountability.Data Reporting: Prepare reports, monitor service volume trends, and provide statistical data to senior leadership.Foster Teamwork: Build a culture of professionalism and collaboration through leadership by example.It is understood that this is a summary of key job functions and does not include every detail of the job that may reasonably be required.Requirements:Bachelors DegreeCurrent Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist LicenseCurrent ARRT Registered in X-Ray required; CT Registration preferredA minimum of five years of progressive management experience in the field of Radiology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate efficient and courteous communications with patients, physicians, management, employees and vendors.Excellent problem-resolution skills are essential.Work Schedule is 40 hours per weekOur Commitment to YouAt BILH, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our employees and their families.
