Job Description Managing the day-to-day operations of UK property rental clients, including but not limited to lease document preparation, hardware repairs, correspondence handling, utility registrations and updates, and addressing routine concerns. Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, skillfully negotiating to resolve issues, and proactively reducing complaint rates. Utilizing English for effective communication with overseas resources to address client needs. Handling essential paperwork in daily operations, including bilingual correspondence, English communication, and file management. Collaborating with department leaders to accomplish additional tasks as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. Proficiency in using English and Chinese as a working language. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a high level of responsibility. Strong self-management skills, the ability to think independently, and the willingness to contribute constructive suggestions.
