You will be providing a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational service., supporting multi-disciplinary teams andmedical staff. You will be undertaking word processing of correspondence, reports, agendas, producing other documents and presentations using the most appropriate elements of Microsoft Office by copy typing or digital dictation. You will be responsible for the organising and preparation of meetings, taking, transcribing and distribution of minutes whilst organising and prioritising your own workload to esnure deadlines are met and urgent work is accommodated. The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this Planned Shortlisting week commencing 22nd December Main duties of the job We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is able to provide a strictly confidential full administrative service making full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion at all times when working with the team and outside agencies. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role. We require an individual that can respond appropriately to sensitive information, and to be able to effectively support and help patients and their families that use our services.
