PositionFP&A Analyst, PE Backed Manufacturing, North LondonOverviewI am working exclusively with a £450 million turnover PE‑backed market leader who are looking for a commercially astute FP&A Analyst to join their high‑performing commercial finance team. You will drive the commercial partnerships within the business, work closely with non‑finance divisions across the UK, and play a pivotal part in the business’s decision‑making process. This position offers fantastic non‑finance stakeholder engagement, working very closely with the site managers and business partner across the group to deliver robust monthly forecasts and annual budgets. Sitting within a dynamic and collaborative finance team, you will provide a world‑class service to deliver commercial insight on business performance, influencing decision‑making and focusing on financial performance, revenue and cost management, support for backward‑looking performance management and forward‑looking forecasts and budgets. Reporting directly into the brilliant FP&A Manager this is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to use your experience to spot and identify opportunities and performance issues to accelerate growth and avoid risks.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of annual budgets and interim forecastsPartner with finance and non‑finance teams to drive performance improvement initiativesProduce financial and non‑financial KPI targets for key stakeholders, including monitoring and reporting of performanceWork closely with the Head of FP&A and business leaders to influence and optimise performance across the groupQualificationsRecently Qualified Accountant – CIMA/ACCA/ACAStrong relationship building skills with both finance and non‑finance teamsPrevious exposure to budgeting & forecastingBrilliant Excel skillsExceptionally detail‑oriented and data‑drivenPersonable and effective communicator with strong presentation skillsSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeIndustryMotor Vehicle Manufacturing, Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, Transportation Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
