Robertson Recruitment is working with our reputable client to find a dynamic and results‑driven Field Based Sales Account Manager to join the team. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long‑term relationships to drive company growth. There is a team that will arrange your meetings, but bonus points if you can book some in too. Relationship Management – work with other teams across the business to build and maintain long‑term and professional relationships with customers. Customer Analysis – use reporting tools to analyze customer spend, identify accounts that need focus and develop action plans. Reporting – maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Continuous Improvement – feed back customer insights to help provide better service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years in field sales. Full UK driving licence. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (being able to build rapport while maintaining professional boundaries). Experience using reporting tools to interpret data. Team player / collaborative approach. High energy, resilience and a passion for field‑based work. Proficiency in CRM systems. KPI's You'll Be Working To Number of customers visited per week / month. Growth in revenue from targeted accounts. Customer retention / satisfaction scores. Quality & efficiency of visit notes and handovers to the support team.
