Our client is looking for a Commercial Property lawyer to join their specialist managed legal services team in Leeds dealing with asset management work. Client Details Our client sits as part of a global law firm and offers managed legal services for large corporate clients across the UK. They have a specialist and dedicated team in Leeds, and they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with asset management work for a well known brand. Description The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including; Managing a caseload of property work including lease renewals, grant of leases, renewals, assignments and terminations. Providing strategic advice to clients on property law Working closely with the client and IT professionals to make sure the legal work is delivered to a high service Helping junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the legal department. Profile The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have / be; A Solicitor likely to be around 3-8 years PQE A background in commercial property law gained within private practice or In-house Strong drafting and negotiation skills. An interest in managed legal services Ties to Leeds A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills. Job Offer Salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
