Administrator – Stanford Le Hope Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday Location: Fully office‑based – you will need to be a car driver due to the location. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Stanford Le Hope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage the mailbox, ensuring all emails are actioned promptly. Handle day‑to‑day bookings and administrative tasks, including responding to emails, speaking with customers, and distributing correspondence internally. Provide effective liaison and support between the bookings/administration department, customers, and other teams. Assist with checking rate confirmations, rating jobs, and preparing invoices. Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, data input, and arranging meetings. Liaise with support teams to resolve IT or system‑related issues affecting the department. Requirements Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Willingness to learn new software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, good punctuation, and reliable attendance.
