As an Apprentice Progression Partner, you will be required to respond to queries, closely monitor your caseload of apprentices’ progression, understand how they can develop and apply their KSBs into the workplace by the use of SMART targets, reflective logs and skills scans as well as helping to prepare your learners for their end-point assessment. In this role, you will: Conduct Tripartite Reviews with apprentices and their line managers, ensuring alignment between workplace practice and programme outcomes. Deliver additional reviews (such as coaching or Support) as needed to meet individual learning needs. Monitor allocated apprentice’s progress, identifying opportunities for development and addressing barriers to success. Support apprentices in applying their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) within the workplace through the use of SMART targets, reflective logs, and skills radars as well as ongoing measure of Off-The-Job progress. Provide clear guidance and preparation for apprenticesEnd-Point Assessment (EPA). Review, mark and accept evidence for both Off-The-Job (OTJ) hours and End-Point Assessment (EPA) portfolios, ensuring evidence meets both quality and compliance standards.
