TSR are currently looking for a Construction Quality Administrator to commence work on a temporary basis – Start date Monday 10 th February (This is negotiable for the right candidate)Location – Sheffield/ChesterfieldDuration – 3 monthsThe successful candidate will be responsible for evidence population and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to specific standards. You will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollation of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2035:2019 & MCS processWorking closely with project Retrofit Coordinators ensuring PAS & MCS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmesProvide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measuresUpload documentation to various locations/share pointsEnsure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission informationTo ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered toEngage with sub-contractors to support the effective development and delivery of projects within complianceRequest Client shared folder access for the upload of all complete lodgement evidence on project completionUsing your own initiative, have a high attention to detail and be proactiveTravel to additional sites that require further assistance as and when requiredTo be prepared to work on any projects and initiatives at short notice to support the change in needs of the businessConfident to manage own workload and the ability to prioritise efficiently.Ability to meet agreed deadlines set out by the contractual obligations from the clientStrong communication skills, (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (esp.
