Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Hire Controller to join our new One Call division team in Warrington. This on‑site role involves managing equipment hires and customer enquiries, coordinating the delivery and collection of tools and equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of hire transactions, managing inventory, and supporting day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Experience in inventory management and familiarity with equipment rentals Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Basic understanding of tools and equipment is an advantage Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Previous experience in a hire controller or similar role is desirable Proficiency in using computer software for record‑keeping and scheduling A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to team collaboration Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
