We are looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our Infrastructure team on the A428 Project. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety professional to influence and lead on all aspects of health and safety performance. Responsibilities Understand the Company Health & Safety and wellbeing Policies, Procedures and statutory requirements as they affect the Project operations and ensure that the requirements are implemented. Provide operational and functional management with advice on the prevention of accidents, ill health, and the practical implementation of the company’s SHW policies. Assist the Project Manager or Project SHW Manager in preparing and developing the Project Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan and coordinate reviews as required. Undertake site SHW inspections as required. Participate as requested in “Company” SHW Audit and inspections. Maintain the health and safety competency matrix of the scheme.
