We are looking for candidates that have an administration background/experience or an interest in progressing into an administrative role.You will be required to support a range of services as part of a wider team delivering administrative support to teams of Social Workers and young people in North Somerset.The role involves but is not limited to:Reception CoverMinute Taking (Training given)Diary ManagementData inputtingApplication processingHandling and resolving queriesCollation and presentation of conference reportsLiaising with customers internally and externallyFinanceVariety of administrative tasksInbox managementUpdating of the LCS (Children’ Social Care/YJS) systemYou will be required to work flexibly to support various general administrative tasks across the team. You will require a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Excel and Word and excellent keyboard skills.
