OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Engagement Executive to join our Flexible Services team in one of our regional offices on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role will be responsible for implementing the global talent engagement strategy within the UK, leading on Engagement and Recruitment activities for our consultant lawyer Hub.EngagementOutbound engagement – engaging (via call and email) our talent base to maintain connectivityInitiating, organising (with marketing support) and attending candidate-facing eventsRobust database management – accurately recording activity and updating records, actively refreshing candidate profiles regularlyOwnership of weekly candidate check-in meeting with the broader Account Management teamMaintaining talent pools in the UKRecruitmentActing as first point of contact to enquiries from new potential contractorsAdvertising roles on LinkedIn and identifying other channels for us to reach talentHeadhunting and market mapping talent for specific rolesManaging the UK recruitment funnel: reviewing applications, pre-screening candidates, providing feedback to all applicants and progressing applications to the next stage of the processProviding input to continuously enhance our recruitment processCollaborating with other Pinsent Masons talent teams to share talent and best practiceOther ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Talent Engagement lead on strategic engagement projects in line with business need. Recent project examples include the launch of a training platform and Diversity reportingEstablishing trusted relationships with the Account Management teamActively seek new and innovative ideas to engage legal talent and promote the Pinsent Masons Vario brandCandidate OverviewExperience of working in a professional services environment with a strong customer service mentalityRobust understanding of the legal market and the sectors in which Pinsent Masons operatesLegal or professional recruitment experience, LinkedIn Recruiter experience would be desirableIs energised by outbound contact – making calls and keeping in touch with candidatesOrganised and logical approach – ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely, professional, and warm way; Likewise, all activity is accurately recorded on our databaseA team player who goes the extra mile to ensure quality of outputCore SkillsAccount ManagementLaunchBrandCustomer serviceOther SkillsLinkedInSenioritySenior #J-18808-Ljbffr
