The successful applicant will be expected towork flexibly across the different sites and subject to agreement this mayinclude some weekend hours in their pattern of work.The Practice has ahigh-achieving QOF track record and is closely involved in local GP-ledcommissioning, with mostly paperless administration; our main practice systemis EMIS Web, and our GPs also use Adastra, Front Desk, and Docman regularly.About usPML is a successful not-for-profit, GP-led organisation providing various NHS community and primary care clinical services to patients across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. We have evolved as a NHS healthcare provider since 2004 and in the last few years have grown significantly, now employing around 300 staff with a turnover of circa £16m. PML holds GMS contracts, as well as being a GP Federation representing circa 50 GP practices covering approximately 650,000 patients.We welcome applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances and people with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010Job responsibilitiesWeare looking for an GP who is able to fulfil all the various aspectsof day-to-day general practice at our large surgery in Banbury.This would include covering care homes/private school ward rounds, supervising GP registrars/F2s and supervising/advising our wide and varied mix of allied health professionals.
