This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations at a high-performing coastal restaurant in a vibrant seasonal setting.The Role:Contract: 9.5 months (February to December), with full 12 months’ payLeave: Enjoy 2.5 months off over Christmas – no on-site work during this periodAccommodation: Provided for the first 3 months to support relocation to the Isle of WightDaily Covers:March to June: 250 per dayJune to September: 500–600 per day (operating 7 days a week in peak season)Team Size: 40–50 including front-of-house and kitchen teamsWhat You’ll Do:Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume environmentManage and motivate a large FOH team, maintaining service excellence during peak seasonWork closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to deliver smooth service and operational efficiencyDrive staff training, customer satisfaction, and overall team performanceMaintain a high standard of hospitality that reflects the venue’s exceptional coastal reputationWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant settingStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large, seasonal teamsA passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesWillingness to relocate for the duration of the contractThis is a rare chance to combine professional growth with a coastal lifestyle.
