Driving Licence Required. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures. Ensure rota is allocated, maintained and assigned to appropriate staff. Updating of care plans and providing support to the Care Teams. Conduct care staff supervisions and assist the other Care office staff with aspects of their role. On call duties. Develop strong relationships with the customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in customer’s needs. Good communication and listening skills. Problem solving ability and a drive to succeed. Requirements It’s important to us that all Caremark Care Coordinators have the following qualities: Experience of domiciliary care, care co-ordination, and a working knowledge of the care industry. Previous experience with Access Care Planning and People Planner desired. U.K. Driving Licence. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff, clients and their families.
