You’ll:Design, develop, test, and deploy frontend and backend services.Build and deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Quality Engineers.Integrate with internal systems and third-party APIs to create seamless user experiences.Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our engineering strategy.Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDWe’re looking for senior engineers who are adaptable, curious, and passionate about building great softwareTo help us understand how you might contribute to our team, please highlight any relevant experience with the following skills and technologies in your application:Backend DevelopmentProven hands-on experience withJava, including designing and implementingRESTful APIsthat support scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.Familiarity with backend frameworks such asSpring BootandNode.jsis beneficial.Frontend DevelopmentStrong proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScriptfor building modern, responsive user interfaces.Experience with frameworks and libraries such asReact,Next.js,Redux,Vue.js, orAngularis highly desirable.DevOps & CloudExperience with CI/CD tools such asGitHub Actions,Jenkins, orHarness.Familiarity withDockerfor containerization andKubernetesfor orchestration.Exposure to cloud platforms —Google Cloud Platform (GCP)preferred, butAWSorAzureexperience is also welcome.Quality Testing & AutomationExperience with automated testing tools likeJest,Cypress, orPact.Commitment to writingreliable,maintainable, andwell-testedcode.If you're selected to move forward in our assessment process, you may be invited to complete a technical interview with Karat - our trusted interviewing partner.
