We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join a well-established home care provider supporting clients across the community. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and love knowing that your work makes a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Creating and managing care schedules that put people first. Preparing weekly rotas and handling any last‑minute changes with a smile. Matching care professionals and clients based on compatibility and continuity. Keeping in touch with clients, families, and the care team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Updating the scheduling system with accurate information. Supporting new care professionals with onboarding and ongoing training. Working with the wider team to keep all care packages fully staffed and well organised. What we’re looking for Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination — ideally in home care, healthcare, or another fast‑paced setting like logistics. Confidence using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms). Natural organisation, calm under pressure, and strong problem‑solving skills. Friendly communication style who enjoys building positive relationships. A team player with strong attention to detail and a “can‑do” attitude.
