Location and Role The role will be based at the City of Coventry Health Centre, Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry, CV1 4FS, within the Physiotherapy Department. Responsibilities First point of contact for patients on arrival to the department: check patients in, out, and book follow‑up appointments. Deal with telephone queries. Build ERS referrals from GP surgeries and make appointments. Support the team and provide cover for other members when on leave or off sick. Utilise Trust IT systems, maintain electronic databases, and input patient data accurately per Trust guidelines. Prioritise tasks to achieve timescales set and meet departmental KPIs. Assist with maintaining manual and electronic filing systems. Undertake basic administrative tasks. Input data onto computerised systems. Assist with distribution of incoming/outgoing post. Work within Trust and departmental procedures to ensure standards and deadlines are met. Provide appropriate cover in the absence of other team members. Support trained staff in providing confidential administrative activities. Qualifications Aged 16+. Resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years. Must NOT be in any form of formal government‑funded education. Apprenticeship funding criteria applies. Additional Information Interviews are due to take place on 4th December 2025.
