Experience working in a school or early years setting (ideally with children with special educational needs) The ability to stay calm and resilient when supporting children who display heightened emotions The ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, professionals and colleagues Excellent communication skills and can act as a good role model for spoken English The ability to support children with intimate care and to develop their independent self-care skills This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of committed, skilled and friendly practitioners who work hard to ensure children make the best progress possible during their time with us.
