Perks and benefits A competitive salary between £46,148 and £52,809 FTE DOE, pro rata, annually 38 days of annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days Access our comprehensive Health Cash Plan ensuring well-being beyond the workplace Employee Assistance Programme for support when you need it Ongoing professional development with excellent training and support Peace of mind with group life assurance and a company pension Free parking and an eye voucher scheme for added convenience Long Service and Staff Awards What you will do Undertake comprehensive neurological assessments and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team Lead physiotherapeutic interventions across Brainkind pathways: Neurobehavioural, Neurorestorative, and Well-being Provide expert advice for complex cases and spearhead clinical problem-solving in challenging situations Mentor and supervise students, assistants, and physiotherapy colleagues to enhance their clinical roles Ensure all treatment plans are informed by the latest evidence and best practice guidelines About you Hold a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC Practice Placement qualification or willingness to pursue it within the first year Extensive experience working with neurological deficits and acquired brain injury At least four years of post-registration experience with two years in neurological rehabilitation A full driving licence is essential, along with the flexibility to meet the operational needs Contact This physiotherapy job is advertised by Ed Stevens.
