Responsibilities Lead workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution. Lead the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design. Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions. Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope. Drive forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike. Qualifications End-to-end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. Documenting solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community. Additional Information Why Version 1?
