Drive Oracle Fusion Extensions with OIC, VBCS & APEX at Version 1.Are you an experienced Oracle Cloud Developer ready to lead the design and delivery of next-generation extensions for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM?Join Version 1, one of Europe’s fastest-growing Oracle Partners, where innovation, technical excellence, and customer success drive everything we do.As a Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant, you’ll own the development of secure, scalable, and intuitive custom applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle APEX.You’ll be part of a team redefining what’s possible on Oracle Cloud — delivering elegant, low-code solutions that impact enterprise and public-sector customers.Key ResponsibilitiesExtensions & Custom ApplicationsLead the design and development of custom extensions and standalone applications using Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX integrated with Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM.Build responsive, role-based user interfaces and workflows aligned with Oracle Redwood UX guidelines.Implement Fusion REST API integrations for CRUD operations and data synchronisation with Oracle SaaS.Develop solutions supporting transaction enrichment, approvals, and self-service functionality.Configure business rules, validations, and approval logic within custom components.Ensure reusability and maintainability through component-based design and modular architecture.Data & Integration LayerIntegrate extensions with Fusion SaaS using REST APIs, OIC services, FBDI/HDL, and BICC extracts where required.Configure secure connectivity (OAuth2, certificates, SFTP) and handle authentication through OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).Support backend automation using PL/SQL, Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and Server-Side Logic (SSL).Collaborate with data migration and reporting teams to ensure data consistency and auditability across environments.Governance, Security & QualityEnsure all extensions adhere to Oracle PaaS governance, naming, and deployment standards.Design solutions that align with Fusion Application Security (Roles, HCM Data Roles, Duty Roles) and data segregation principles.Conduct code reviews, peer validations, and maintain configuration control through Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Git.Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing phases;
