Growth Manager – Account Based Marketing Join Allica Bank as a Growth Manager focused on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM). Deliver end‑to‑end ABM campaigns that drive business growth through targeted segmentation, data‑derived insights, and multi‑channel execution. Role Description You will identify high‑value segments, develop insights, and build scalable, measurable ABM campaigns across letters, email, and LinkedIn ads. Working with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams, you’ll own the full campaign lifecycle in HubSpot and continuously improve performance through testing and analytics. Principal Accountabilities Analyze large datasets to define promising customer segments and translate insights into audience definitions, messaging, and value propositions. Lead planning and delivery of personalized ABM campaigns across letters, email, and LinkedIn ads. Build and manage A/B testing programmes, use HubSpot for workflows, automation, and tracking, and partner closely with Sales to align outreach. Establish tracking and reporting frameworks, conduct post‑campaign reviews, and build dashboards to provide visibility on ABM results. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams, influencing stakeholders and championing a data‑driven, iterative culture. Deliver clear presentations of ABM insights, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Personal Attributes & Experience Hands‑on, proactive attitude and proven experience delivering ABM or highly targeted multi‑channel campaigns at scale. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data. Skilled in building and managing A/B tests and familiar with HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation platform. Excellent communication and influencing skills, owning work with curiosity and attention to detail. Track record of measurable growth through data‑led marketing strategies.
