This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is ready to drive high standards, develop teams, and create positive outcomes across multiple services.Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll have full operational responsibility for the services in your area – leading Registered Managers and support teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and working to ensure the best possible experiences for the people we support.You’ll work in line with our core operating model: the Power of 3 – Quality, People, and Healthy Finances.
