Overview Edinburgh Executive Travel is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join its team during an exciting period of growth. As one of Scotland’s largest and most respected chauffeur drive and touring companies, Edinburgh Executive Travel delivers chauffeur drive and concierge services to corporate and leisure clients, groups, events, conferences, and roadshows. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Corporate Development and Strategy Director. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Maintain client relationships and ensure the CRM system is up to date. Research potential new business opportunities. Proactively engage with potential customers by following up on warm leads to secure bookings and drive new business. Manage appointments and diaries. Book and organise resources for exhibitions and events. Liaise with Operations, Groups Departments, and other stakeholders. Sales-driven with a proactive mindset. Experienced in providing excellent customer service, meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a great team player. Highly organised and efficient. Tenacious and resilient. Experienced in hospitality, travel, or tourism. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
