We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to adult social care in Bristol, to be part of the newly launched Advice, Information and Assessment Centre. The role of an Occupational Therapist in social care is varied and practitioners build skills across a range of disciplines working with us. We welcome applications from newly qualified and experienced practitioners alike, including those returning to practice, with the opportunity to follow career progression pathways into advanced grade or management roles. You will have a full induction, supervision from experienced and very supportive colleagues, and opportunities for training and continuous professional development activities. We endeavour to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop highly skilled, evidence-based practice, utilising the 4 pillars of the RCOT career development framework. We provide regular OT specific learning and development activities and also provide practice educators with a payment for supporting student placements.
