Creative Support are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Senior Support Worker. You will be playing a pivotal role in an established supported living service for 6 people with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom may have other needs including physical disabilities, behaviours which may challenge and mental health needs. You will support the Team Leader and the Locality Manager to plan and deliver an effective, personalised support service which enables people to achieve their aspirations.The service will offer an empowering, strengths-based model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and goals.Working closely with the Team Leader and the Locality Manager, you will ensure that the quality standards and requirements of CQC are met and that the service meets and exceeds the expectations set out in the service specification.
