About The Team And The Role Ocado Retail is seeking a highly organized and structured Commercial Delivery Associate to join our Commercial team. This role will drive the delivery of critical projects across the Commercial function, from inception through to implementation. The role requires strong project management and communication skills, and comfort working with and influencing stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Do Support key projects across the Commercial function, managing the end-to-end critical path and tracking progress against deliverables Identify project blockers and risks, and follow through on mitigation actions with the respective owners Conduct detailed assessments of our commercial processes and identify opportunities to improve ways of working, processes and systems Work closely with our tech teams to shape the trading systems roadmap, ensuring tools are fit for purpose and our operating models are adapted to maximise the benefit of these tools Project manage the annual cycle of buying activities, e.g., strategy setting and range review processes Prepare supplier-facing communications and events, including our annual supplier conference and new supplier trainings Prepare and deliver internal communications across the Commercial function Include any line management responsibility Who You Are Proven experience in a commercial, project management, or consulting role within the retail space, ideally in the grocery sector Good understanding of retail and commercial processes A proactive, organized approach with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex critical paths in a fast-paced environment Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with multiple data sets and reporting tools Focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to write clearly for a range of audiences (PowerPoint, written documents, and verbal communications) Strong stakeholder management and comfort working across different functions and levels of the organisation Change management or lean process improvement experience would be highly beneficial What’s In It For You Health & Wellbeing: Private medical insurance with option to add your family, Digital GP appointments, market-leading family policies, mental health support, discounted gym memberships, dental insurance, and more.
