Peer Support Partner (PSP) - Student Role £10.80 - £12.50 per hour (Flexible, Part-time, Remote/ Campus Based) Lead Learning is recruiting Peer Support Partners (PSPs) at universities across the UK. This role is designed for students who want to support others, build experience in wellbeing, inclusion, student engagement, and develop real professional skills while still studying. As a PSP, you will help fellow students find support, share information in student spaces, and build positive connections within your university community. This low‑pressure, flexible role is ideal for disabled, neurodivergent, DSA‑supported, or wellbeing‑engaged students, but it is open to all. Key Responsibilities Share support information in student networks, societies, and group chats Help students who feel unsure where to find help or resources Signpost students to your university’s wellbeing, disability, and academic support teams Build friendly connections with support teams (no formal representation) Encourage a positive and supportive student community Submit quick weekly check‑ins (1–2 mins) Work with Lead Learning to enhance student experience nationally What You’ll Gain Paid experience Fully flexible hours Communication & outreach skills Confidence in student engagement A certificate + LinkedIn recommendation A supportive peer community Great CV experience for education, psychology, wellbeing, social care, inclusion, or student services careers Who We’re Looking For Current UK university students Friendly and supportive Active in student communities (optional) Good communicators Responsible and reliable Lived experience of disability, neurodivergence, or using university support services is a bonus, not a requirement.
