All employees are bound by the company rules and the residents charter.The People & Culture officer will be responsible for the onboarding process of allocated homes, ensuring all systems, our website, and our e-learning platform, contain relevant information and are up to date, and completing employment documentation in line with company procedures and ensuring the process if carried out in line with employment law, immigration law and CQC regulations. Travel will also be required to other sites within the Company as and when required.We are seeking someone who has sound knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, particularly with recruitment and onboarding, and can support our homes and management teams efficiently.
