My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Senior Lettings Valuer to join their team in their office based in the centre of St Albans. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouragedand supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Valuer role will include:

- Booking valuations
- Winning instructions
- Dealing with rental clients and landlords
- Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business
- Managing the units with Property Management team
Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Valuer role:

- Minimum 2 years lettings experience
- Lettings Negotiation
- Local area knowledge
- Lettings Valuing experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment
