Our client, a well-established and successful Lettings Agency is looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join their team in Lytham.

**Working hours**:
As a Lettings Negotiator / Valuer, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 (Saturday may be required, this will be with the following Friday off)

**The successful Lettings Negotiator / Valuer will be offered**:

- Basic Salary £20,000 - £23,000
- OTE £26,000 - £30,000
- Training and real support are provided to help you reach your potential
- Private healthcare, pension scheme and free annual eye tests after 1 year of service
- We pride ourselves on having some of the best staff in the business and are a close team with a low staff turnover
- Immediate start available

**To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator / Valuer role you must have**:

- Lettings Negotiator experience
- Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
- Knowledge of lettings, landlord and tenant laws would be an advantage
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Target driven
- Highly organised
- Motivated

**As a Lettings Negotiator / Valuer your role will involve**:

- Conducting rental valuations
- Business Generating
- Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
- Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals, carrying out inventories
- Helping build up our lettings brand
- Various ad hoc duties
