We are looking for a **Chef De Partie **to join our team as we truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work and to continue to develop your skills not in one kitchen but in a selectionof kitchens with a variety of cooking styles across our resort.

A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in and our traditional pub Beachcomber Inn is a guest favourite for great tasting home-cooked food.

**If this is something that interests you, this is what we’re looking for**:
**You will be responsible for**:
*Consistently delivery of our brand standards, menu and dish specifications.
*Completing venue opening and closing checks
*Maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment.
*Completion of the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
*Completion of food safety documentation including temperate checks, cleaning and maintenance reports.
*Recording and monitoring of all food waste.
*Correct storage of food with respect for the principles of first in first out (FIFO)

**Typical working hours**: this role has a pay rate of £11.29 per hour (paid fortnightly) working 40 hours a week, across five days over seven.
