**Responsibilities**:
**As an essential part of a well established food supplier with over 60,000 customers, the pricing team provide day to day support to the Bidfood Team of National Account Managers, Depot Sales Teams, Commercial Finance and their customers. As a key member of such an important team, you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external deadlines are met across all areas with Bidfood.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Working closely with National/Depot Sales teams and Commercial Finance, providing them with support
- Inputting and amending customer trading terms
- Following company processes with contract pricing, maintenance and validations
- Maintenance of cost and pricing systems
- Contributing to audits on customer master data and pricing to ensure data integrity and maintenance
- Working to meet KPI’s and targets
- Contributing to projects as requested by Line Manager
**Profile**:
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proven ability to generate, read and understand statistical reports
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Good telephone manner
