We are currently hiring a highly motivated individual to join us as a **Contract Administrator** to provide an efficient administrative service, supporting and maintaining good relations with new and returning clients within the Testing and Consultancy Support Services Team. You will be managing the end-to-end process which includes issuing quotes, reviewing invoices and resolving customer queries.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative duties for the team, including issuing quotations, creation of purchase orders, reporting, managing mailboxes and supporting the Team Leader as required. The role will also be responsible for working closely with the Head Office Engineers, Field Engineers and the Strategic Pricing Team.
- You will be managing day to day queries and problem solving
- You will interpret, calculate and analyse information provided by clients and colleagues
- You will ensure accurate billing is calculated and invoiced correctly

**What experience and skills do I need?**

You will offer:

- Strong administration and customer service skills, with proven experience resolving queries
- Previous experience working in a changing environment and the ability to adapt priorities as needed
- Experience working with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Experience adding data onto computer systems, ideally a CRM system
- Excellent time management skills
- Good attention to detail, identifying anomalies in assigned work
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
- Experience in managing workloads and booking customer appointments (desirable)
