**£19,000 to £22,000 + BENEFITS**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Get Recruited is an award-winning recruitment consultancy located in Manchester City Centre offices (100 meters from St Peters Square). We've got an impressive portfolio of clients from fast paced VC-Backed Start Up's right through to Large Internationalorganisations.

This role will suit an ambitious & highly intelligent individual who enjoys learning, who wants to grow a broad business skill set and someone who loves seeking out efficiency's in day-to-day processes.

**THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ROLE**:

- Providing support to the key department heads including the Managing Director, Marketing, Recruitment & Training & Sales teams
- General office support including answering the phone, meeting visitor, and maintaining the keep of the offices
- Database management, ensuring adoption, updating, and improving processes
- Working closely with the Managing Director to initially learn, shadow and provide administration support in relation to core business operational tasks such as; Finance, HR, Legal, Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Facilities, IT and General BusinessManagement
- Collecting business receipts and filling out monthly expense claim forms
- Monitoring live projects to ensure they are completed
- Working closely with each department lead within the business including Sales/Recruiting, Marketing, Finance, IT, Internal Recruitment & Training to learn each function within the business
- Undertaking regular training and shadowing of other team members to enhance own personal knowledge and skills to enable the individual to provide back up support as and when required

**THE PERSON**:

- Experience within the recruitment industry would be a significant advantage but is by no means essential
- Keen to learn business management skills
- Highly professional, confident and an outgoing individual is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Strong numerical and grammar skills
- A proactive individual that is keen to learn and self-develop
- Ability to think on feet and introduce new ideas
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
