**We are looking for a strategic and tactical Head of Marketing to head up our UK market**

**About the role**

As the new Head of Marketing UK, you will have a unique opportunity to form the position and together with internal and external stakeholders play a key role in taking the commercial platform of Sticks’n’Sushi UK to the next level.

You will together with the CCO and OPS Director UK be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy in accordance with the overall commercial strategy including e.g. further development and implementation of the Guest Journey and Digital strategy, contributing to the menu development by clearly defined user needs, directing marketing activity in all areas including identifying and engaging with possible new partners to drive sales.

Furthermore, you will be leading and developing a Marketing Coordinator, dedicated to the UK market.

The Head of Marketing UK will be part of the management team in the commercial organization and report to the Ops Director UK, with dotted line to the Group CCO.

The position is based in London.

**Your responsibilities will among others include**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the overall commercial strategy to grow profitable sales while nurturing the brand and strengthening brand equity.
- Build commercial growth by identifying and executing strategic and tactical marketing activities.
- Develop and execute social media strategy in close cooperation with Group SoMe Manager.
- Orchestrate brand building and sales driving activities on social media as well as in restaurants.
- Oversee and conduct relevant market research and analysis contributing to business plans on commercial opportunities.
- Gain knowledge about the requirements of existing guests to ensure their needs are being met - defining a market leading proposition true to the ethos of the company.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors
- Identify and engage in new partnerships aimed at driving guests into our restaurants.
- Ensure coherence in the digital footprint through web shop, campaigns, web, copy, graphics.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders and third-party relationships including agencies and other suppliers on the UK market.
- Oversee external communications in general including public relation activities.

- Solid experience with similar role
- Strong project management skills and wide-ranging experience and proven organisation skills.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience of building and managing good relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders, both internal and external
- Demonstrated record of success in developing collaborative opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and getting things done.
